- Develop comprehensive financial models, variance reports, and KPI dashboards for executive decision support
- Lead cross-functional budgeting processes and quarterly financial reviews across multiple business units
- Conduct in-depth due diligence for potential acquisitions and investment opportunities in Southwest markets
- Collaborate with IT to implement advanced financial analytics tools and automation solutions
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience with SaaS or tech companies
- Expert proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and Arizona tax regulations
- Proven track record of translating financial data into strategic business recommendations
