Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for departmental budgets
- Prepare executive-level reports on KPIs, variance analysis, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Mentor junior analysts and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in variance analysis and budget forecasting
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data
- CPA designation or actively pursuing certification
