Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/65/63 licenses required
- 3+ years of financial advisory or sales experience
- Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex concepts
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Tennessee state securities license
