- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns with 100% accuracy
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic advice on complex tax regulations
- Manage client relationships through proactive communication and quarterly reviews
- Utilize ProSystem fx and Lacerte software for efficient tax processing
- Assist in IRS audit support and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior associates on tax planning strategies
- Maintain strict adherence to IRS guidelines and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte, UltraTax)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Active CPA license or actively pursuing certification
