Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit applications to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for portfolio review
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure credit terms and conditions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and economic trends impacting credit decisions
- Present credit recommendations to senior management committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and ratio interpretation
- Credit certification (CRCM or CCE preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
