Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance analyses for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and dashboards translating complex data into strategic narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and ROI metrics
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles and budget variance analysis for key business units
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and SEC reporting standards
- Mentor junior analysts through advanced Excel and Power BI techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Expert proficiency in advanced Excel modeling, Power BI, and SQL database queries
- Proven track record of developing sophisticated valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Certification in financial modeling (FMVA) or CPA designation highly valued
