Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly variance reports with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects on capital allocation and investment analysis
- Automate financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
- Mentor junior analysts through financial training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in tech or startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations
