Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct market research and industry trend analysis for competitive positioning
- Implement and improve financial reporting systems using advanced Excel and BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
