Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A and investment opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial reports and executive dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and risk management
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Develop and maintain financial databases using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Present findings to executive leadership and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Demonstrated experience with valuation methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, comparables)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex financial data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Experience in Oklahoma or regional markets highly advantageous
