Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for portfolio analysis and forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations and support M&A due diligence processes
- Collaborate with investment teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through executive dashboards
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Ensure SOX compliance and regulatory documentation accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and portfolio valuation methodologies
- Experience with large-scale data analysis using SQL and Python
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
- Certification in financial planning or data analytics (e.g., Tableau) highly desirable
