Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and investment opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting reports for executive leadership
- Prepare detailed variance analyses and performance metrics for portfolio evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards and presentations
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial policies
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and investment valuation methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
- Proven track record of translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
