Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational performance and drive profitability.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Streamline financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly desirable.
