Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare detailed variance reports for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve margins
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including MDD due diligence and capital allocation studies
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Expert knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data extraction and visualization
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
