Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting 5-year strategic planning
- Analyze variance between actuals vs. budgets across 15+ business units
- Create executive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for C-suite presentations
- Lead quarterly business reviews with department heads
- Support M&A valuation due diligence and integration planning
- Optimize working capital strategies across $500M operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years FP&A experience in financial services
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA, Power Query, PivotTables)
- SAP/Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong SQL/Python scripting abilities
- Exceptional presentation skills to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
