Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for public sector clients
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for budget forecasting, ROI analysis, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital allocation and investment strategies
- Monitor KPIs and regulatory compliance requirements for government contracts
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience with government/public sector clients
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
- Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
