Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for regional clients
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting investment decisions
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting financial performance
- Lead budgeting and variance analysis processes for assigned portfolios
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
