Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and compliance
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize cost structures and revenue streams
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and VBA scripting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving financial strategy in regulated industries
