Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting reports

- Collaborate with department heads on budget planning and variance analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations and special projects
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
