Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting reports for executive review
- Prepare monthly variance reports and budget vs. actual analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Present complex financial insights through executive dashboards and presentations
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with healthcare or energy industry financials
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
