Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional budgeting processes and monitor departmental performance against KPIs
- Conduct market and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and risk factors
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Automate financial workflows using advanced Excel functions and Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in FP&A or related financial credentials
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and GAAP compliance
