Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel/Power BI
- Prepare monthly performance reports and executive dashboards
- Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions and new ventures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
- Monitor regulatory compliance and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in banking or investments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros) and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial markets
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
