Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses to support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and manage rolling forecasts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
- Streamline accounting processes to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
