Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation preferred.
