Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and long-term forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis on monthly and quarterly financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations summarizing key financial metrics and market analysis.
- Assist in the budgeting process by coordinating with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Monitor industry trends and economic indicators to provide timely market intelligence to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure all financial reporting complies with GAAP and internal control standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or CPA designation is a plus.
