Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and variance against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Assist in the budgeting process and manage the annual operating budget.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
