Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for business units
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Present financial results to senior leadership with clear, compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance against strategic goals
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
