Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze variance between actual and budgeted performance, providing detailed explanations
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses to support mergers, acquisitions, and capital allocation
- Maintain and enhance financial databases and reporting systems
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis principles
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders
