Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for executive stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Streamline financial processes through automation and advanced Excel/SQL techniques
- Present complex financial insights to non-finance leadership through compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on budgeting and KPIs
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with financial reporting tools (Tableau/Power BI a plus)
