Responsibilities
- Process multi-location payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Generate quarterly tax filings and annual W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Implement process improvements using Excel and Power BI analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- FPC or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Texas payroll tax laws and DOL regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR Management
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
