Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099)
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping and employee data
- Implement process improvements using provided automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and multi-state tax laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Experience with garnishment processing
