Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets with 95%+ accuracy
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and efficiency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) required
