Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile client financial records using provided QuickBooks Enterprise software
- Process accounts payable/receivable with dual-monitor workstation efficiency
- Generate monthly financial reports using provided Excel templates and accounting tools
- Manage payroll processing through integrated HRIS platforms
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with tax preparation using provided CCH software
- Implement internal controls with provided audit software
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with provided QuickBooks Enterprise software
- Expertise in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (Xero, FreshBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
