Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create actionable insights for C-suite executives and department heads
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports supporting strategic planning
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives across operations
- Present complex financial findings through executive dashboards and stakeholder presentations
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations in all reporting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive)
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Proven track record of managing financial projects with measurable business impact
