Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts for business units
- Prepare detailed financial models and variance analysis reports

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Minnesota financial regulations
