Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and new market entries
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes with cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities through advanced variance analysis and trend forecasting
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives using Power BI and Tableau visualizations
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal control assessments
- Collaborate with investment teams to structure complex financial instruments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in capital markets or PE/VC
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps) and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with Power BI/Tableau and SQL for large datasets
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements and IFRS/GAAP standards
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
