Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic investment decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning
- Lead month-end closing processes with rigorous variance analysis and reporting
- Create executive dashboards and presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and operational efficiency
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining compliance with SEC and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros, Power Query)
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction and manipulation
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with proven executive presentation experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
