Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide business decisions
- Develop comprehensive budgets and financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with actionable insights
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects supporting M&A initiatives and capital allocation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools (e.g., Bloomberg)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
