- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Drive process improvements through automation and data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech/consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proven track record of presenting to C-suite executives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
