Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and market trends to support investment decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead budgeting cycles and variance analysis across 15+ portfolio companies
- Collaborate with VPs on fundraising rounds and M&A opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis with VC/PE or startup experience
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI/Tableau
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate technical concepts
- Austin-based with hybrid work availability
