Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation analysis
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
- Prepare executive-level presentations using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating operational data with financial metrics
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation support
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal control frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query) and SQL
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex data
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation initiatives
