Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow, providing actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor spending against budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices in financial operations and data management.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and GAAP accounting standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Professional Designation: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a strong plus.
