Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop comprehensive financial models for investment decisions and risk assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare executive presentations and board reports
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting business expansion initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts through knowledge sharing and best practice implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
