Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare comprehensive reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, strategic planning, and M&A activities
- Partner with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Present financial findings to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP system expertise
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
