- Create quarterly rolling forecasts and annual budgets with 95%+ accuracy
- Analyze market trends to inform capital allocation and investment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration
- Present findings to C-suite using advanced visualization tools
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years experience
- CPA or CFA designation required
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query/VBA
- SAP/Oracle ERP system proficiency
- Experience in healthcare or tech industries preferred
- Strong presentation skills with Tableau/Power BI
