Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and analysis for investment portfolios
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations for budget deviations
- Create executive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Mentor junior analysts through structured training programs
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables)
- SAP and Oracle Financials implementation experience
- Expertise in financial modeling for M&A and capital projects
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data extraction
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
