Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for capital allocation and investment analysis
- Lead quarterly business reviews and annual budget cycles across 5+ business units
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to department heads
- Automate reporting processes using Power BI and VBA to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with treasury on cash flow forecasting and risk assessment
- Present financial findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in energy or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
