Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and controls
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry highly desirable
