Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units and strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes across departments
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategy
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and dashboard reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment evaluations and ROI analysis
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
