Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation scenarios
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost structures
- Lead due diligence processes for M&A transactions and strategic partnerships
- Monitor KPIs and provide real-time financial performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
