Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare and present financial insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and data analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements across all financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
